Looking for a school-based SLP position where you can focus on making an impact while being supported by a dedicated team? ProCare Therapy is partnering with a welcoming school district in Vero Beach, FL to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year.

Open to both local and travel clinicians! Position Details

  • Location: Vero Beach, FL
  • Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
  • Contract Dates: ASAP – May 31, 2027
  • Caseload: K-12
  • Additional caseload and school assignment details will be discussed during the interview.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy in individual and small group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP records in compliance with district and state requirements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding communication needs and services.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Previous school-based experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
