Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
  • Active Washington State SLP license (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and collaborative approach to working with children and educational staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapeutic intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Maintain detailed progress records for compliance and IEP documentation
  • Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to educational planning
