Key Qualifications:

• Valid CCC-SLP credential, Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate, and all PA required clearances
• Previous experience in K-5 school settings is preferred
• Proficiency with EdPlan IEP systems
• Ability to interact consistently and engagingly with elementary students
• Strong communication, flexibility, and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical standards—Medicaid billing is not required or expected

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive school-based psychological services to a caseload of approximately 13 K-5 students per day
• Utilize EdPlan to develop, implement, and manage IEPs
• Monitor student progress quarterly without the need for pulling students early for progress report preparation
• Serve as an active collaborator within a supportive, organized charter school environment
• Adapt services and supports to meet individual student needs
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families while promoting social, emotional, and academic growth
