Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active SLP or SLPA license in Tennessee (or eligibility)
  • CCC or CFY candidates welcome
  • Experience in school or healthcare-based SLP, pediatrics, or teletherapy highly valued
  • Compassionate communication and strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services within 2-3 school buildings
  • Serve predominantly elementary-aged students, with some middle school responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with district standards
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
