Make a meaningful impact in education as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, utilizing your expertise to support students’ communication and academic growth. This full-time contract opportunity spans 2-3 buildings, focusing primarily on elementary students, with some work in middle school settings. Enjoy collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team while fulfilling a vital role in student success.

Ideal candidates will have experience in school-based or healthcare settings and be comfortable working with diverse student populations. Whether you hold your CCC, are completing your CFY, or are an experienced school-based SLPA, you’ll find this role both rewarding and professionally enriching.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field (for SLPs)
  • Current or eligible state licensure/certification for SLP/SLPA
  • CCC-SLP, eligible CFY, or SLPA with relevant school/healthcare background
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability in both in-person and teletherapy modalities
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs and collaborating with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services predominantly to elementary students, with some middle school involvement
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Conduct screenings and evaluations, document student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and family members to foster an inclusive learning environment
  • Serve across 2-3 school buildings as assigned, ensuring comprehensive support coverage
