School Psychologist - Hamilton, Ohio

Make a meaningful impact supporting students at the elementary level as a School Psychologist on a contract basis. This role, available near Hamilton, OH, involves providing essential psychological services across two closely located elementary schools. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding K-5th grade students and collaborating with educators to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Details:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm
• Immediate start, covering a leave until November 2nd
• Work across two elementary schools within 2 miles of each other (2.5 days per week at each school)
• Serve K-5th grade caseloads
• Primary responsibilities include conducting RETRs, IETRs, and offering behavioral support

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or license in Ohio required
• Experience working with elementary-aged students highly preferred
• Expertise in conducting evaluations such as RETRs and IETRs
• Strong skills in consultation, collaboration, and advocacy for students
• Ability to address behavioral concerns and develop intervention plans
• Passion for supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of students

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and report findings
• Participate in special education eligibility meetings
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student interventions and supports
• Develop positive behavior support strategies
