Location: South Charleston, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift
Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Associate to support die casting operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining die casting equipment to produce quality components while following established production and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor die casting machines to produce high-quality components
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on die casting equipment
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Work with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Follow all workplace safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in die casting or a similar manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule
Working Conditions
