Bilingual Counselor (Spanish/English)
Part-Time | Outpatient Program

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Are you a bilingual clinician passionate about helping others navigate mental health and substance use challenges? Join our outpatient team and play a vital role in supporting individuals and families in a diverse, community-based setting.

We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Counselor who is compassionate, motivated, and ready to make a difference through meaningful, client-centered care.

What You’ll Do

Provide One-on-One Support

  • Deliver individual counseling sessions tailored to clients’ mental health and/or substance use needs

  • Build strong therapeutic relationships that foster growth and recovery

Lead the Intake Process

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

  • Set clear, achievable goals that support long-term success

Maintain Quality Care & Documentation

  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Ensure compliance with agency standards, state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines

Collaborate & Grow

  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and enhance client care

  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) – required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, CADC, or equivalent preferred (interns and recent graduates seeking supervision are encouraged to apply!)

  • Experience in outpatient mental health or co-occurring treatment settings is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment

  • A genuine passion for serving diverse communities
