Whether you're an experienced tech looking for a great new opportunity or an entry-level beginner trying to break into the industry, we want to hear from you!WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS OUR HVAC INSTALLER - SERVICE TECHNICIAN:Performing accurate, efficient, and high-quality residential HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installations while following all blueprints, wiring diagrams, and building codesAccurately installing equipment and related components, including ductwork, wiring, control systems, thermostats, and more, and testing new systems to check functionalityUsing diagnostic tools to identify the source of system issues or refrigerant leaksRepairing mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and replacing parts as needed (motors, fans, thermostats, etc.)Professionally communicating with homeowners, explaining repair needs, generating cost estimates, and providing usage/maintenance tipsMaintaining detailed service records, work orders, and installation reportsCoordinating with contractors, construction teams, and supervisors as neededREQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various weather conditions, and work in areas such as attics, rooftops, and confined spacesAbility to safely and accurately use power tools and diagnostic toolsAbility to stay up-to-date with new HVAC technology, regulations, and industry changesAbility to complete accurate documentation, maintain your tools, and keep your service vehicle in good conditionDiagnostic skills and a customer service mindsetJOIN US!Join Roger's Plumbing & Heating, where our legacy of excellence and craftsmanship extends back to 1983!
