What You'll Do

• Support field operations across multiple commercial plumbing projects
• Assist with labor planning, manpower coordination, and scheduling
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, and installation requirements
• Monitor quality control, productivity, and jobsite progress
• Mentor apprentices and support workforce training

What You Need

• Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
• 5+ years commercial plumbing experience
• 1–2 years leadership experience as foreman or lead plumber
• Strong knowledge of domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, fuel gas systems
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and submittals
• Valid driver's license, insurable record
