We’re currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility in San Francisco, CA. There is only one San Francisco — iconic neighborhoods, world-class food and culture, the Bay, the bridges, and an energy that is completely its own. If you have ever wanted to spend 13 weeks living and working in one of the most legendary cities in the world, here is your opening.

• Anticipated start date: Flexible
• Salary range: Up to $2,196 weekly
• Anticipated duration of contract: 13 weeks
• Contract type: Travel, Permanent, or Travel-to-Perm

• Perform thorough resident evaluations and develop individualized OT treatment plans.
• Deliver expert therapy to enhance independence in daily activities and movement.
• Manage care for residents with orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute needs.
• Instruct residents in adaptive techniques and proper use of assistive devices.
• Partner with nursing and rehab staff to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Share treatment objectives and discharge planning with residents and families.
• Document assessments, daily progress, and therapy notes accurately.
• Track resident outcomes and refine interventions for maximum effectiveness.
• Comply with facility standards and all applicable state regulations.

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of post-acute rehabilitation, ADL retraining, and adaptive equipment.
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Proficient documentation and time management skills.
