Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Assistant

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting

• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist

• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities as indicated

• Monitor and document patient progress, responses to treatment, and outcomes

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs

• Ensure treatments are delivered safely and in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR system

• Communicate effectively with Physical Therapists, front office staff, and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment

• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education as required

• Engage and support social media and internal marketing
