PRN / Part-Time LPN – Medication Pass
Baton Rouge, LA


A small assisted living home in Baton Rouge is looking for a reliable and compassionate LPN to assist with medication passes on a flexible PRN or part-time basis.

Responsibilities:


  • Administer medications accurately during assigned medication passes
  • Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition
  • Document medication administration on the MAR
  • Report any health concerns to the care team
  • Follow all medication and safety protocols
  • Provide respectful, person-centered care
Requirements:


  • Current Louisiana LPN license
  • Experience with medication passes in senior care preferred
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Flexible availability for PRN or part-time shifts
Pay: $30–$35 per hour
