Responsibilities

• Grounds and exterior property maintenance
• Pressure washing
• Carpet cleaning
• Apartment/home trash-outs
• General cleaning and upkeep
• Assisting with property maintenance needs

Requirements

• Pressure washing experience required
• Carpet cleaning experience preferred
• Groundskeeping or property maintenance experience
• Reliable and hardworking
• Able to perform physical, hands-on work
