Groundskeeper

HHM CPAs is looking for a part-time janitor and groundskeeper to help with the upkeep and cleanliness of our building here in Memphis, TN. This position combines indoor janitorial duties with outdoor groundskeeping or minor handy-man responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys a mix of tasks, takes initiative, and maintains high standards to keep spaces looking their best.Early morning shift from 5am to 2pm is preferred, but can be flexible.Your Responsibilities:Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areasSweep, mop, and vacuum floorsEmpty trash receptacles and replace linersClean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrorsDust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsillsRefill soap dispensers and paper towel holdersClean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and break roomsMowing, trimming, edging, power washing, and various other landscaping tasksYour Future Team:HHM CPAs is a leading 250+ person firm with locations in Chattanooga, Memphis, Cleveland, TN and now Pensacola, FL.
