Restaurant Assistant Manager Casual Dining

We are interviewing to hire an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager for our “casual dining restaurant” in El Paso on Fort Bliss.

Our Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant. Responsible for teaching, training, and leading all Team Members and working with entire restaurant management staff. Must be able to coach, counsel, and develop Team Members to maximize sales and profitability, control expenses, meet budgetary constraints, handle Guest complaints. Our front of the house Restaurant Manager is the champion of our mission and is expected to lead our team in providing an innovative and entertaining dining experience which will compel our guests to become raving fans and create brand loyalty.

Our Restaurant Manager is accountable for front of the house service standards, systems, cleanliness, organization, employee engagement and the guest experience.

Our Restaurant Manager works closely with the General Manager directing and managing all components of restaurant operations. We are looking for Assistant Manager candidates who possess a high level of integrity, display a passion for our brand, and are committed to the restaurant’s success.

Viable management candidates must have the following background:

· Must have 4 or more years’ experience leading high-volume restaurant teams

· Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a “plus”

· Must have understanding of restaurant cost financial control

· Must have and be able to demonstrate planning and organizational skills

· Strong interpersonal and team building skills are essential
