Landscape Account Manager

Duties

• Oversee and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, tree care, irrigation management, and gardening tasks to ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Supervise and manage landscaping crews, providing clear direction and support to ensure efficient project completion.
• Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to maintain healthy landscapes and inform clients about plant care.
• Lead construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are upheld.
• Manage irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and schedule regular maintenance to optimize water efficiency.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor landscape health, identify maintenance needs, and implement necessary improvements.
• Foster strong client relationships by communicating project updates, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support team development through training on horticulture practices, safety procedures, and crew management techniques.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a focus on lawn care, tree care, or gardening.
• Supervising or team management experience within a landscape or construction environment.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance; irrigation management experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with construction projects and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong plant identification skills coupled with expertise in horticulture best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of supervising crews effectively.
• Construction experience related to outdoor environments is a plus; the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements is essential.
