Job Description

We are in need of a marketing coordinator/administrative assistant that has experience using Adobe InDesign and Canva.


In this role, you will:

• Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items.

• Monitor competitor research and data collection, and liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data, such as company and title searches and our internal research and marketing teams.

• Develop and create pitch materials and presentation materials for a varied range of clients and brokers (e.g. building or property surveys, tour books, BOVs, OMs, and other client deliverables.)

• Responsible for managing edits and updating marketing materials daily.

• Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling email campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports as it relates to Brokers’ listings.

• Maintain property listings and brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites such as LoopNet, CoStar, LinkedIn and other applicable sites.

• Make updates to street maps, floor plans or other visual aids such as graphs and charts.

• Draft lease and redline agreements using AIR software.

• Drafts and redline proposals, letters of intent and other written communications.

• Draft or edit documents for spelling, grammar and layout. Keen proofreading skills required.

• Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

• Adobe InDesign experience

• Experience using Canva and other design software is helpful

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Experience using AI tools to improve processes and enhance marketing materials

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working within commercial real estate or as a transaction coordinator
