Apartment Maintenance Technician – Indianapolis, IN 46227
Pay: Up to $22/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, 3 day assignment, IMMEDIATE START.

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a Apartment Community in Indianapolis, IN. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities Include:

• Completing maintenance requests and work orders
• Assisting with apartment turnovers and repairs
• Performing general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry
• Maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance or related experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
