We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in QuickBooks and experienced in all aspects of accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, review, and process vendor invoices in QuickBooks
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate vendor records and payment documentation
• Track due dates and ensure payments are made on time
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
• Respond professionally to vendor and internal payment inquiries
• Maintain organized records and protect confidential financial information

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks is required
• Previous accounts-payable or bookkeeping experience is required
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
