Speech Language Pathologist in North Judson, IN

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Indiana
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
• School-based or pediatric experience highly valued
• Strong ability to adapt approaches to diverse student needs
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
• Deliver direct and consultative services in a supportive, inclusive environment
• Support students with varying abilities throughout preschool to high school
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers for optimal outcomes
• Document progress and maintain detailed records per state and district guidelines
• Promote a positive, growth-oriented mindset among students
