Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active South Carolina PT license required
• Experience delivering physical therapy in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable traveling between school sites as an itinerant provider
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans for K-12 students with a range of needs
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services per IEPs
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate with teachers and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute clinical expertise, and adjust interventions as required
• Provide interventions and counseling to support student access to educational activities
• Travel within the district as needed for onsite, face-to-face service at multiple schools
