Dispatcher / Accounting Assistant

• Location: 78023
• Pay: $21–$28/hour DOE
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Type: Temp to Hire

Position Overview
Seeking a Dispatcher/Accounting Assistant to support the current dispatcher and accounting team. Plumbing contractor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers
• Coordinate and manage field service calls
• Assist with dispatching and scheduling
• Prepare and process invoices
• Perform accounting data entry and filing
• Support general office and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Plumbing contractor experience preferred
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
• Dispatching and invoicing experience
• Sage/Peachtree Accounting experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
