Product Specialist

A+ Staffing is seeking an energetic and outgoing Lead Generation Product Specialist to represent leading satellite internet company at The North Idaho State Fair. In this role, you'll engage with event attendees, educate them on products and services, and encourage participation in demonstrations, promotions, contests, and sign-ups while generating qualified leads and creating memorable brand experiences. This position is ideal for students and professionals interested in marketing, communications, hospitality, sports management, public relations, or event management.

LOCATION: Coeur d"Alene, ID.
*Must be willing to work as a local. No travel or lodging provided.

PAY: $35/hour plus possible lead goal incentives

ATTIRE: Black slacks/shorts, closed toe shoes. A shirt will be provided onsite.

What You'll Do
Generate qualified leads by engaging consumers in meaningful conversations and capturing accurate customer information.
Accurately collect customer data using mobile apps, tablets, or digital lead capture platforms while following client guidelines.
Collaborate with Event Leads to ensure all lead generation activities are executed accurately and efficiently.
Represent nationally recognized brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Welcome, engage, and assist guests while creating positive brand experiences.
Educate consumers about products, services, or event activations.
Distribute promotional materials, samples, or giveaways.
Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting activation space.
Adapt quickly in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude.
Follow client guidelines, event procedures, and A+ Staffing standards at all times.

What We're Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Customer service, retail, hospitality, promotional marketing, or event experience is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors when necessary.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with light event setup.
