Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Janitorial Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments. The selected candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth, with the potential for promotion to Team Lead within 90 days based on performance, attendance, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Restock cleaning supplies and paper products as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and cleaning protocols
• Report maintenance or cleaning issues to management

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

• $14.00 to $16.00 per hour
• 20–30 hours per week to start
• Flexible opportunities for additional hours as business grows
• Potential to convert to W'2 Employee within 60 to 90 days with benefits
• Promotion opportunity to Team Lead within 90 days for qualified individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills
