Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of commercial or residential spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors, hallways, and common areas
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
- Prior janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean record
