Step into an impactful contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting a dynamic school district near Chattanooga, TN. This part-time, onsite-only role offers the flexibility to shape your schedule across 10-15 hours per week, while providing invaluable behavioral and consultation services at the district level.

You will be working out of the district office, partnering with dedicated educational teams to deliver evidence-based strategies across approximately 80 schools through a referral-based process. While not all schools will have open referrals, your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes for students and staff. Collaboration lies at the heart of this role—including ongoing partnership with the Vanderbilt Triad program for monthly support and data-driven feedback, and access to a structured Help Desk that ensures manageable caseloads and administrative guidance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license required
• Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders
• Organized thinker, adept with data collection and behavioral assessment tools
• Must be able to complete fingerprinting and meet all district credentialing requirements
