Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior experience in an elementary school setting preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP assessment and documentation
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive IEP assessments for elementary students
  • Manage a flexible caseload with varying needs
  • Oversee a smooth transition of duties from the existing SLP
  • Provide both direct and consultative therapy and support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Document progress and contribute to student support planning
