Per Diem Traveling Registered Nurse (RN)
Bay Home Health & Hospice, Inc.

We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Per Diem/PRN field position.

Service Areas

Alameda • Contra Costa • Marin • Napa • Sacramento • San Benito • San Francisco • San Joaquin • San Mateo • Santa Clara • Santa Cruz • Solano • Sonoma • Stanislaus

Requirements

  • Active California RN license

  • Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred

  • Experience with SOC, ROC, Recertification and routine visits

  • OASIS experience preferred

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Willing to travel to assigned patient locations

  • Strong assessment and documentation skills

Position

  • Per Diem / PRN

  • Flexible schedule

  • Field-based patient visits

  • Choose preferred counties/coverage areas
