Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care to a diverse range of residents, with a focus on delivering compassionate and individualized care

• Perform a variety of nursing tasks, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with ADLs

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• RN degree in Nursing
