HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician plays a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. This position involves working within a small team, reporting directly to the Service Manager, and requires frequent travel to multiple client sites. The role offers opportunities for career growth toward Lead Technician or Supervisor positions.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Perform regular maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
• Repair faulty components and replace parts as needed
• Calibrate HVAC equipment to optimize performance
• Ensure safety compliance during all service activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• EPA Universal Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC systems
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycles
• Experience with electrical wiring and circuit testing
• Ability to read blueprints
