HVAC Technicians - Experienced Level | West Palm Beach, Florida

Growing HVAC company seeking talented technicians. Experienced professional preferred

About the Role:

Join our team serving residential and commercial clients throughout Palm Beach County. You'll work directly with homeowners and businesses, maintaining and servicing HVAC systems while delivering the professional, quality service our customers expect.

We're Hiring: Experienced Technicians (3+ years)

Diagnose and repair systems independently.

Continue developing your skills with hands-on training, working alongside experienced techs on installs and service calls.

Must Have:

%CF; EPA 608 certification (Required)

%CF; Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record

%CF; Clean criminal background

%CF; Physically able to work in South Florida weather conditions

%CF; Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset

%CF; Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented

%CF; Ability to work independently and as part of a team

%CF; Good communication skills

%CF; High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements:

%CF; Experienced: 3+ years hands-on HVAC experience

%CF; Location: Must live within 45 minutes of West Palm Beach

%CF; Refrigeration experience is a plus!
