Role snapshot

• Daily plantwide inspection of critical HVAC/R equipment
• Preventative maintenance during runtime and downtime windows
• Full-cycle troubleshooting: identify, analyze, repair, verify
• Plan and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Leverage knowledge of industrial electrical and pneumatic systems
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as assigned
• Document time and results via work order completion
• Keep workspaces clear of clutter and tools in top condition
• Respond to HVAC/R or maintenance needs from the Maintenance Supervisor or plant leadership
• Model team-first behavior and communication

Must-haves

• High School Diploma or GED
• Universal Refrigerant handling certificate (current)
• Reliable, predictable attendance
• Demonstrated troubleshooting ability for electrical, mechanical, and programming issues in HVAC/R
• Flexibility to work beyond 40 hours when needed, including some weekends and holidays

Nice-to-haves

• Technical certificate or degree from an accredited trade school, college, or university
• 5+ years of HVAC/R experience
