A fulfilling opportunity awaits those who are enthusiastic about making a tangible difference as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This contract position offers the chance to impact students district-wide in a supportive and collaborative environment. Working out of the district office, you’ll provide critical behavioral support through a well-structured referral process, and collaborate with renowned partners such as the Vanderbilt Triad program. The district also offers an innovative Help Desk and detailed support models to make your workload both effective and manageable.

Start making an impact as soon as possible through May 19, 2027, and enjoy a consistent part-time schedule of 10-15 hours per week. Each BCBA’s caseload is tailored with geographic consideration and built to maximize your ability to assist students effectively. The exact number of schools and caseload will be determined, based on current district needs.

Desired Skills and Background:

  • Active BCBA license required
  • School-based experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a consultative team
  • Willingness to comply with fingerprinting and time-sensitive credentialing requirements
