Step into a crucial role providing exceptional behavioral support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a dynamic school district in the Chattanooga area. This part-time, contract position offers the opportunity to impact multiple schools by collaborating with educators, staff, and partners dedicated to enriching student outcomes. You’ll join a system that values your expertise, and supports district-wide improvement through innovative behavioral initiatives and close collaboration with the renowned Vanderbilt Triad program.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working within school settings preferred
  • Strong organizational skills to manage district-wide referrals
  • Ability to communicate behavioral strategies and data to diverse team members
  • Must complete required fingerprinting for credentialing

Responsibilities:

  • Provide BCBA services on-site at the district office and throughout the district, based on referrals
  • Serve as a behavioral consultant and support system for staff across multiple campuses
  • Analyze student behavioral data, craft recommendations, and develop action plans in partnership with educators
  • Participate in monthly consults with the Vanderbilt Triad program to integrate the latest behavioral data and feedback
  • Assist in maintaining and utilizing the district’s comprehensive Help Desk process to streamline workflow and support
  • Ensure professional compliance with all district protocols and time-sensitive credentialing requirements
