School Psychologist | Tempe, AZ | 2026–2027 School Year

Make a meaningful impact in a supportive school community! ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join a collaborative educational team for the 2026–2027 school year. In this full-time contract role, you'll partner with educators, administrators, and families to provide high-quality psychological services that help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Position Details
Location: Tempe, AZ
School Year: 2026–2027
Schedule: Full-Time, 4 Days a Week
Caseload: K–12 opportunities available

Qualifications
Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility in Arizona
Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessments, IEP evaluations, and special education processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
Experience participating in Student Intervention Teams and Crisis Response Teams is a plus
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
Participate in the development, implementation, and review of IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to develop effective academic and behavioral interventions
Provide counseling, consultation, and direct psychological services as outlined in student IEPs
Serve as an active member of Student Intervention and Building Crisis Teams
Support positive student outcomes by promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Provide consultation and professional guidance to school staff regarding behavioral, emotional, and learning needs

Compensation & Benefits
Starting at $50.00/hour, based on experience
Weekly pay (W-2)
