Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree required (NO bachelor’s accepted)
  • Active LARA license; see: Michigan LARA Health Licensing
  • One of the following: Licensed Master’s Social Worker, School Social Worker, Licensed Master’s Psychologist, School Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, or School Counselor License (with noted credentials/endorsements)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group social-emotional support for general education elementary students
  • Collaborate on professional learning, positive behavior programs, and school-wide initiatives
  • Participate as an integral part of classroom and building support teams
