Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join their Dallas team and manage cases from intake through resolution while supporting attorneys and Spanish-speaking clients in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury case files and keep case-management systems accurate and updated.

• Communicate with clients regarding medical treatment, case status, and next steps.

• Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.

• Prepare demand packages and communicate with insurers, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

• Assist attorneys with discovery, pleadings, depositions, mediations, trial preparation, and litigation deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of personal injury paralegal experience.

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.

• Experience handling automobile accidents and other personal injury claims.

• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and deadline-management skills.

• Reliable team player who can work professionally with clients, providers, insurers, attorneys, and court personnel.
