Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work required
  • Active Michigan Social Worker licensure (LMSW or LBSW) in good standing
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred

  • Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about supporting student well-being

Responsibilities:

  • Serve elementary caseloads at two local schools, providing counseling and intervention
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance students’ social, emotional, and academic success
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized support plans
  • Document student progress and participate in IEP/504 meetings as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students
