What is a Genesis Pro?

Genesis Pro is not a sales role in the traditional sense. You are not here to recite features or chase

numbers. You’re here to guide clients through a luxury experience that’s intuitive, elevated, and

refreshingly modern. You’re their partner from first handshake to final delivery, and sometimes

long after.

This is a role for someone who can effortlessly toggle between product expert and concierge.

You’ll help clients discover their Genesis, yes—but more than that, you’ll help them feel seen,

heard, and taken care of.

What You’ll Do

• Offer curated, white-glove experiences for showroom and digital guests
• Translate technical knowledge into compelling, human conversations
• Anticipate needs before they’re spoken and follow up like it’s a reflex
• Coordinate with our Contact Team and leadership to ensure a seamless client journey
• Be an expert in Genesis, but more importantly, an expert in people

Requirements

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Weekend availability
• Curiosity, drive, and a genuine desire to succeed

Compensation Range:

$60,000 to $180,000 per year
