School Occupational Therapist | Windsor, Vermont

The assignment is full-time, 35–37.5 hours each week, running from late August through mid-June of the following year, perfectly aligned with the academic calendar.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Valid Vermont OT Certificate required
• Prior experience in school-based occupational therapy roles preferred
• Comfort working with students in grades K–12
• Ability to travel between multiple buildings
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong documentation and collaboration abilities

Core responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services district-wide across four buildings
• Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with educators and families
• Conduct comprehensive student assessments and document progress
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and other support staff for holistic student care
• Support students of varying ages and needs to achieve optimal educational access
• Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment
