Key Qualifications:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
• Demonstrated experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Prior work supporting students in a school-based or pediatric environment
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and provide detailed supervision per regulatory and district requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision to up to two assigned COTAs, delivering approximately 7 hours of supervision per COTA monthly (up to 20 hours total per OT each month)
• Complete and maintain required documentation for all supervision activities
• Support ongoing compliance and service quality within the Claremont School District’s public schools
• Collaborate with educational staff and therapy team members to support student needs and program objectives
• Stay current with relevant OT and supervision best practices and guidance
