Discover a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in an on-site setting near New London, NH. This position is ideal for skilled Occupational Therapists who have a passion for mentorship and school-based services. The role involves supervising up to two COTAs within a dynamic educational environment, contributing to quality and compliance in therapy service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical supervision to assigned COTAs within public school settings.
  • Dedicate approximately 7 hours of supervision per COTA each month (up to 20 hours monthly per OT).
  • Complete supervision documentation and fulfill all administrative requirements.
  • Ensure on-site presence in district schools, collaborating with staff and COTAs.
  • Support the district’s compliance with OT supervision standards and foster strong professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license (New Hampshire).
  • Demonstrated experience with school-based occupational therapy service delivery.
  • Experience providing supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage documentation and multidisciplinary collaboration.

  • Contracted role for the upcoming school year; two positions available.

  • Mileage reimbursement for travel based on standard IRS rates.
