Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Occupational Therapist ready to contribute their expertise onsite in a school setting, making a positive impact for learners with a variety of needs—from mild to more complex disabilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active Washington State Occupational Therapy license (Department of Health)
  • Washington State OSPI ESA certification with Occupational Therapy endorsement
  • Experience supporting school-age children or adolescents, ideally across multiple grade levels
  • Flexibility and passion for working with individuals with diverse needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for teaming with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based OT interventions for students in elementary through high school
  • Evaluate student needs, create tailored treatment plans, and monitor progress to help each child achieve their goals
  • Support the educational team with practical classroom modifications and strategies for successful student participation
  • Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all district, state, and federal requirements
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings; collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized education plans
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports every student’s success

This role offers the chance to work 5 days a week, 7 hours per day, and become a valued partner in students’ educational journeys throughout the school year. The team is ready to move forward with interviews promptly—options are available for both Zoom and in-person conversations.

If you are a fully licensed Occupational Therapist seeking a fulfilling school-based contract role, we encourage you to apply today and help students in the Longview area thrive!

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
