Two experienced OTs are needed to provide critical supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) working with school-aged students. Each OT will be responsible for supervising up to two COTAs, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and documentation within public schools. Commitment is for up to 20 hours per month per OT, with structured hours and on-site presence in a vibrant school community.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in New Hampshire
• Demonstrated experience supervising COTAs in accordance with state requirements
• Prior background working within school-based settings
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse educational professionals
• Organized, self-motivated, and attentive to detailed documentation

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive clinical supervision—approximately 7 hours monthly per COTA
• Complete all required supervision records and related administrative paperwork
• Provide consistent on-site supervision within local public schools
• Collaborate closely with district staff and COTAs to ensure effective communication and service
• Support ongoing compliance and facilitation of best practices for students’ occupational therapy needs
