In this contract role, you'll facilitate quality and compliance by overseeing up to two COTAs each and ensuring service excellence in student occupational therapy programming. The position offers up to 20 hours per month per therapist, allowing you to balance professional engagement with flexibility. All supervision is provided on-site, fostering collaboration with school staff and COTAs.

Key Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
• Experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Strong background in school-based occupational therapy practice
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical supervision to assigned COTAs, approximately 7 hours per COTA monthly
• Complete and maintain thorough supervision documentation and reports
• Conduct on-site visits within public schools to support service integrity
• Work closely with COTAs and educational staff to ensure compliance and effective therapy service delivery
