School Occupational Therapist - Ruston, Louisiana

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Occupational Therapy license in Louisiana (required)
• Previous experience in a K-12 school-based OT setting preferred
• Comfortable supervising a COTA as part of your role
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
• Compassion, adaptability, and dedication to helping students thrive

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite OT services to a varied student caseload across four school locations
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, staff, and families
• Supervise and mentor a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Document progress and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
