Key Qualifications:

• Active Louisiana Occupational Therapist license required
• School-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Confident providing services at multiple school sites
• Comfortable supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services onsite across four schools
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Document treatment activities and progress in alignment with school and legal guidelines
• Oversee and support a COTA, ensuring quality of care and professional growth
• Participate in relevant meetings, contribute to IEP processes, and provide training or resources as needed
