Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Must hold a valid Delaware Special Education Teacher license
• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred
• Strong understanding of diverse learning needs and IEP processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Comfortable utilizing a variety of instructional strategies and classroom technologies

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct instruction, support, and interventions as outlined in IEPs
