Key Qualifications:

• Current Delaware Special Education Teacher license (required for consideration)
• Previous experience in special education within school settings is preferred
• Strong ability to develop and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Effective classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction to students with varying needs
• Obtain and analyze assessment data to guide teaching strategies and IEP modifications
